Magnanimous IPA – A Fort George Brewery and Earth and Sky Farm Collaboration
I went out for a burger* and came across a great beer! You can read the Fort George Brewery story in Portland Beer Stories and now they have collaborated on a wonderful beer with Earth and Sky Farms.

Earth & Sky Farm
Earth & Sky Farm is owned by my friends Tim Ensign and Jana Daisy-Ensign. Both of them are important fixtures in the Portland beer community. The hand-harvested Grand Fir tips used in the Magnanimous IPA came from their farm. I like to think that the King and Queen featured on the Magnanimous IPA label are Tim and Jana.
